You Own Everything We Build. On Day One.
We have seen automations that required a 6-hour call with the vendor to change a single email template. Ours have a settings file. Every system we build is yours — the code, the documentation, the logic, the credentials. You are not dependent on us to keep the lights on.

Most Automation Vendors Build Dependency. We Build the Opposite.
The standard vendor model is elegant, if you're the vendor. You build a system the client can't operate without you. Prices for "support" go up every year. A change request takes three business days and costs $400. Switching to someone else means rebuilding from scratch.
This is not an accident. It is a business model.
We don't work that way — partly because we think it's the wrong way to build client relationships, and partly because clients who understand their own systems use them better. A system your team can operate and update is a system that stays current. A system only we can touch starts drifting from your actual process the day we hand it over.
The goal is a system that runs without us. We build it that way from the start.

What Full Ownership Actually Means
- 1
You own the system from the first day it goes live
All credentials, API keys, and access live in your accounts — not ours. We build inside your infrastructure, not ours. If we disappeared tomorrow, the system would keep running. That is not a coincidence.
- 2
We train your team before we leave
Every project includes a handover session with the person on your team who will own the system. They learn how to update business logic, add new rules, and troubleshoot the most common issues. The documentation covers the rest.
- 3
Six months of operational support — then you're independent
For the first 6 months post-launch, we monitor and maintain the system at no extra cost. If an integration breaks, we fix it. After 6 months, the system is yours to run. If something needs maintenance beyond that window, we offer optional maintenance contracts — but most systems run without them.

After handover, your team has: the full system running in your own infrastructure, a trained point of contact who can update business logic without calling us, complete documentation covering every integration and edge case, and 6 months of operational coverage if anything breaks. After 6 months, you run it independently. There is no subscription, no licence, and no call required to change an email template.
They Run It Themselves. That Was the Point.
A client had ten years of operational data and no way to access it without half a day of manual work. We built automated reporting — extracted, processed, delivered every Monday at 8am.
We spent two sessions training their operations manager on how the system worked, how to add new data sources, and what to do if a connection dropped.
Within the first quarter, he had already modified the report format himself, added two new data points, and set up a second automated summary for a different team. He did not call us.
That is not a support failure. That is what the system was designed to do.
The automation identified a bottleneck eating 22% of operating costs in the first 90 days. Not because we found it — because we made the data visible and the team knew how to use it.
Common Questions
- What exactly do I own after the project?
- All of it. The code, the logic, the documentation, the API credentials, the workflow configuration. Everything lives in your accounts. We don't retain access after handover unless you specifically ask us to for the maintenance period.
- What happens if something breaks after 6 months?
- You have two options. Fix it using the documentation and trained team member we left you with — most common issues are covered. Or contact us for a maintenance engagement. Post-6-month support is available as a paid contract. Most systems don't need it, but some do after major changes to connected platforms.
- Can I modify the system myself after handover?
- Yes. That is the point. We build systems with configurable business logic — rules, thresholds, templates, routing — that your team can update without touching the underlying code. Structural changes require development work. Day-to-day adjustments do not.
- What does the team training cover?
- How the system works, what each component does, how to update the most common configurations, how to interpret logs and alerts, and what to check first when something looks wrong. One session, usually 60–90 minutes, with your designated system owner.
- Is the 6-month support actually included in the project price?
- Yes. It is not a separate line item. Every project includes 6 months of operational monitoring and maintenance from go-live. We fix integration breaks, handle vendor API changes, and respond to system errors. There is no additional cost for the support window.
